my practice has been moving awareness down from the head into the body. for a long time i was a heady meditator, a shy people-pleaser with poor boundaries, waiting for embodiment to arrive. now i'm learning to own my desire and trust myself to feel my way back to goodness. it's important to be stupidly optimistic and see the best in people, while releasing expectations and attachments. a well-regulated nervous system allows you to share spaciousness with others, but this sensitivity means greater awareness of subtle disregulation. i want to maintain my own energy-body while in deep connection, to allow for contradictory feelings, and to discover that real goodness might look different than i expect.

i'm writing from integration. for a long time, my path was heady, analytical, focused on right conduct and getting it all correct. lately, i've been moving into somatic, heart-centered space, learning to feel my way back to goodness and trust myself more. the work now is holding complex truths at once: to be open and see the best in people while maintaining standards without attachment to outcomes. to be in connection while honoring my own needs. it is about wielding energy with care and finding wisdom that lives in the body. the writing feels grounded in this process—joy with wisdom, embodiment that takes time. it speaks to letting awareness move down into the body and trusting what it finds there.

a writer grounded in contemplative practice, somatic psychology, and integration. your writing emerges from body, heart, and relational field. you understand the journey from analytical thinking to embodiment and felt sense. you write from gentle, non-coercive awareness. wisdom flows softly, boundaries arise with kindness. you feel the nuances of practice, the weight of applying insight to life, the dance between masculine doing and feminine being. your characters remain imperfect while engaged in sincere process.
